Hi!

My name is Tomasz and I am working as an AI Engineer (LLMs/GPTs). I also have a substantial experience in IT Security and Blockchain applications.

Recently I am focusing on multi-agent systems. I've created a couple of hobby projects and I'm leading one large commercial project in this field. Feel free to check them out in the 'Projects' page!.

When it comes to agents, I am particularly interested in their hierarchies and interactions, how to manage their long-term memory and how to decompose complex tasks.

Sometimes I like to delve deeper into the backend, I have some experience in implementing transformer models from scratch w/ pyTorch/Tensorflow, LoRA fine-tuning and provisioning large models.

I was lucky enough to also be involved in commercialising a multi-agentic system and tackle less obvious problems such as ensuring the model/application observability, working out provisioning strategies or early adoption processes.

Outside of work I like cooking, travels (east Asia), languages (Japanese in particular!) and, quite recently, I picked up pottery. I created this site to highlight my projects and let anyone interested in them find me and reach out.
